Alexia is a soul & country blues singer and songwriter based in the Texas Hill Country known for her soulful, belting voice, southern influence, and candid performances.
She's excited to announce her collaboration with Mark Neill of Soil of the South Productions. You might recognize his work behind Charley Crockett's "Welcome to Hard Times," or albums by the Black Keys, Oakridge Boys and Anderson East. Her first original album will feature her unique sound, blending classic country with blues and a cool, confident femininity reminiscent of classic country female artists.
Alexia began her career as a vocalist at 12, writing, performing, and recording with country music legends. Those country roots are nestled somewhere beneath the soul, blues, R&B, and Americana she writes and performs today.
Alexia has been the supporting act for various famous artists, such as Clay Walker, Clint Black, Locash Cowboys, Neal McCoy, Zona Jones, and more. She enjoys a residency at the Sternewirth Tavern inside Hotel Emma, is a regular guest on Great Day SA on KENS 5 network, and plays all over the Hill Country.
Alexia grew up in Southeast Texas and graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Performance, with concentrations on voice, piano, and guitar.
